Shipping/ Canceling Orders

We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the postal service handling.

 

We do our best to ship 5-7 business days.


Once the package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Standard shipping: Expect package within 5-10 business days

Please contact info@djjaskincare.com if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number.


D’JJA skincare ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. D’JJA Skincare does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.

Canceling Orders

 

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
